Product Description
DAOFM PP (Polypropylene) is a natural plant fiber composite material. It is an injection-molded composite material made by mixing 30-50% natural plant long fibers such as coconut, jute and pulp materials with PP polypropylene and through Yunding's unique dispersion and granulation technology. Plant fiber is derived from sustainable and controlled sources and can be recycled or burned. The good properties of Yunding injection grade composite materials are as follows:

Processing technology recommendations
In order not to destroy the plant fiber structure, please control the highest temperature of the injection process below 190 ℃, and the best temperature is about 180-190 ℃.
It is recommended to dry the natural fiber reinforced polypropylene composite at 120 ℃ for more than 3 hours before use.
The material should not stay in the barrel for too long.

Storage
It is recommended that the Yunding reinforced composites be sealed and packaged under dry conditions. Air humidity can increase the moisture content.
