Product Description

Yunding Road FM PVC series is an innovative natural fiber composite material. It is made with 30-50% natural fibers, such as coconut, jute fiber or pulp and PVC, and uses unique dispersion and granulation technology. The fiber comes from a sustainable and controlled source and can be recycled or burned for energy. Yunding injection molding grade composite material performance is excellent as follows:

Dispersion is critical while generating such microfibers. Our unique manufacturing process allows us to effectively disperse microfibers while maintaining appropriate morphology and properties. This is achieved by a combination of mixing techniques and chemical processing aids.

Processing technology recommendations

The injection temperature is maintained below 190°C, preferably 180-190°C to protect the fiber structure.
It is recommended to dry the natural fiber reinforced PP composites at 120 ℃ for 3 hours before use.

Do not leave it in the barrel for too long.

Storage

It is recommended to store the reinforced composite in a closed package under dry conditions, because air humidity may increase its moisture content.
